I was amazed, fascinated and amused by the results. Sometimes there was information that was one hundred percent correct in shorter, somewhat superficial texts («Write an article about the Waldorf school in Augsburg»), but sometimes also one hundred percent absolute nonsense, but formulated correctly and sounding credible («Write an article about Angelika Lonnemann»).
Many pupils are far ahead of us in the use of AI. Some have access to paid AI services through their parents, others use the (currently still) free options offered by open.ai. A ban on using AI is certainly not enforceable. That's why we need to consider how to work with AI in a good way at school and at home, for example by using it as an inspiration machine.
