Board Recruitment: Building a Healthy and Effective Board

In this workshop, held on Feb. 24th to the 26th, we’ll examine the foundational work needed to build an effective board recruitment program. We’ll outline the steps to recruiting new board members, asking key questions along the way. We’ll look at the work of the Board Recruitment Committee. We’ll discuss the Board Handbook as well as orientation, onboarding, and training. Bring your questions!
